The North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) has launched its first Today’s Veterinary Business Best Places to Practice program, designed to recognize veterinary clinics and practices with strong workplace cultures.
Veterinary practices can register for the free employee survey program beginning Sept. 1. Participants will receive anonymized data on employee satisfaction and engagement, along with benchmarking against similar participating practices. Organizations earning Best Places to Practice recognition will also be featured by Today’s Veterinary Business and NAVC.
The organization has also opened early-bird submissions for the 2027 VETTY Awards, which recognize marketing and communications work in animal health. New categories this year include brand storytelling, best rebranding and social media viral moment.
Eligible VETTY work must have been produced between Nov. 1, 2025, and Oct. 31, 2026. Winners will be recognized during VMX 2027, scheduled for Jan. 16-20 in Orlando, Florida.
