VetRec has expanded its veterinary artificial intelligence platform with the launch of AI Receptionist, a virtual front-desk assistant designed to help practices manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and improve client communications around the clock.

According to VetRec, AI Receptionist was developed specifically for veterinary medicine and integrates with existing practice management systems to automatically log appointments, call summaries and client messages. The company says clinics can begin using the platform in as little as one day without additional hardware.
