Vets Pets announced the appointment of Audrey Lysko as chief operating officer, adding an experienced healthcare operations executive to its leadership team.
In the role, Lysko will work alongside Vets Pets leadership to strengthen operational performance across the company’s network of veterinary hospitals while supporting continued expansion and team development.
Before joining Vets Pets, Lysko served as division president for Unified Women’s Healthcare, where she oversaw strategic, operational, and financial management for more than 100 private OB/GYN practices across the United States.

Earlier in her career, Lysko spent more than a decade in healthcare consulting with Kurt Salmon and The Chartis Group, focusing on operational improvement and strategic implementation for hospitals and medical groups.
She has also co-authored white papers related to medical group management and patient access and engagement.
Lysko earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University and completed her MBA at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. She also serves on the board of the Caring Community Foundation and as co-chair of UNC’s Center for the Business of Health.
