National Veterinary Associates (NVA) has appointed Todd S. Young as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to scale its veterinary care network.

Experienced Leadership in Animal Health

Young brings more than 25 years of experience across human and animal health, including leadership roles at major public companies.

He previously served as CFO of Elanco, where he helped guide the company through its transition to an independent public entity, and most recently held the CFO role at Acadia Healthcare.

Supporting Growth and Scale

In his new role, Young will oversee NVA’s financial strategy and operations, working closely with the executive team to support continued growth across its network of veterinary hospitals, specialty centers, and pet care services.

The company operates more than 1,300 care locations across North America.
