Exubrion Therapeutics has promoted Gregory Taglialatela, MBA, to Chief Commercial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, as the company continues expanding commercialization of Synovetin OA®, its injectable treatment for canine osteoarthritis.
In his new role, Taglialatela will lead Exubrion’s commercial strategy and execution, overseeing national sales, key account management, business development and strategic growth initiatives. According to the company, he will also be responsible for expanding access to Synovetin OA through veterinary treatment centers, strengthening customer and industry partnerships, and supporting Exubrion’s growth in domestic and international markets.
Commercial Leadership
Taglialatela brings more than 15 years of animal health industry experience to the position. Since joining Exubrion in 2022, he has served in several leadership roles, including Sales Manager, Regional Business Development Manager and, most recently, National Account Director.
“Gregory has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of pets suffering from osteoarthritis,” Laurie McRay, executive chair of Exubrion Therapeutics, said in the announcement. She added that his understanding of the business, industry relationships and ability to execute position him to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

Expanding Access to Synovetin OA
Synovetin OA is an injectable, localized treatment for canine osteoarthritis that targets inflammation within the affected joint. According to Exubrion, a single treatment can provide up to one year of pain relief.
The company said Taglialatela’s expanded responsibilities will support continued commercial growth and broader availability of the therapy through its network of veterinary treatment centers.
