IndeVets has announced the promotion of five veterinarians to a newly created Senior Associate IndeVet role, expanding its clinical leadership team and reinforcing its focus on career development within the profession.

The promotions increase the company’s clinical leadership team from 13 to 18 veterinarians. The new role is designed to provide experienced clinicians with leadership opportunities while maintaining active clinical practice.

Senior Associate IndeVets will split their time between patient care and leadership responsibilities, including onboarding, mentoring, and supporting other veterinarians in the field. The role is also intended to strengthen peer support and improve consistency across partner hospitals.

The five veterinarians promoted include Dani Cimino, DVM; Kristen Dewey, DVM; Erin Hoff, DVM; Ling Iem, DVM; and Sruti Sreerama, DVM.

Candidates were selected through an internal process that included completion of the company’s leadership development program and general practice certification, along with demonstrated clinical performance.

The initiative comes amid ongoing industry challenges related to veterinarian retention and career sustainability, with leadership emphasizing the importance of structured career pathways and professional support.
