Ceva Animal Health has announced the appointment of Sébastien Huron as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant governance shift as the company adopts a dual leadership structure to support its continued global growth.

Under the new model, CEO Marc Prikazsky will transition to Executive Chairman, focusing on long-term strategy, innovation, and stakeholder relationships, while Huron will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the company’s Executive Committee.

Huron’s career includes leadership positions at Mars, Hoechst Roussel Vet, Intervet, and Virbac, where he served as CEO from 2017 to 2024, leading a period of sustained growth.

His international experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia has shaped his expertise in strategy, operations, and market development within the animal health sector.
