PetLabCo. has expanded its canine wellness portfolio with the launch of NeuraBlend Calming Chew, a daily supplement formulated to support emotional balance and help dogs manage everyday stressors and changes in routine.

Announced October 13, the launch comes ahead of the holiday travel season, when dogs may experience unfamiliar environments, boarding arrangements, houseguests and disruptions to their normal schedules.

NeuraBlend is PetLabCo.’s first product in the calming and behavior category, extending its existing portfolio of supplements for digestive health, joint health, seasonal allergy and immune support, and dental care.

Formulation Targets Multiple Stress-Response Pathways

NeuraBlend contains 10 active ingredients selected to support four pathways associated with canine emotional well-being: the gut-brain axis, stress response, neurotransmitter activity and botanical support.

Featured ingredients include PRIOME MW, a postbiotic blend designed to support gut-brain communication, and KSM-66 ashwagandha root extract, a branded adaptogen ingredient that has been clinically studied. The formula also contains valerian root and L-theanine.

The pork-flavored soft chew does not contain melatonin, which PetLabCo. says makes it suitable for daily use without leaving dogs sluggish.

“Supporting a dog through everyday stressors starts with understanding that emotional well-being is connected to multiple systems in the body,” said Dr. Israel Swann, DVM, a PetLabCo. consultant.

Swann added that calming supplements may help support dogs during everyday stress while allowing owners to establish consistent routines ahead of anticipated events such as travel, boarding or exposure to unfamiliar environments.

Daily Use and Preparation for Stressful Events

NeuraBlend is designed for daily administration based on a dog’s size. For anticipated stressful situations, PetLabCo. recommends a double-administration protocol beginning seven days before the event, continuing through the event and extending two days afterward.

The company identifies road trips, flights, boarding stays, fireworks and household disruptions as situations in which pet owners may consider additional calming support.

“While holiday travel can be exciting for families, changes in routine can be tricky for dogs,” said Chris Masanto, CEO and co-founder of PetLabCo. “We wanted to create a dog calming chew that could fit naturally into a dog’s daily routine while also giving pet parents an easy way to prepare for moments they know may be stressful.”

Expanding PetLabCo.’s Canine Wellness Portfolio

The introduction of NeuraBlend expands PetLabCo.’s presence in the canine nutraceutical market by adding behavioral wellness to its existing product categories.

The company says its research and development approach combines veterinary expertise, nutritional science and proprietary ingredient formulations to address common pet health concerns.

NeuraBlend Calming Chew is available in 30-day tubs with suggested retail prices of $38.60 for small dogs, $41.26 for medium dogs and $43.93 for large dogs.

The supplement is available through the PetLabCo. website.
