Royal Canin has appointed Jennifer Cullen as General Manager of its U.S. Veterinary Business Unit, adding an experienced healthcare and consumer health executive to lead one of the company’s most strategically important business segments.

Effective June 2026, Cullen joins the Royal Canin North America Leadership Team and will oversee the company’s U.S. veterinary business, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, strengthening partnerships with veterinary professionals, and expanding the company’s therapeutic nutrition portfolio.

Healthcare leadership transitions to animal health

Cullen joins Royal Canin from Kenvue, where she most recently served as Head of Commercial Operations for North America. During her career with both Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson, she held leadership positions spanning sales, marketing, and commercial strategy, including serving as Vice President of the Self Care division.

Royal Canin said her experience building brands, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial execution will support the company’s continued investment in veterinary nutrition.

Regional President Daryn Brown said Cullen’s expertise will help expand access to therapeutic nutrition while strengthening collaboration with veterinary partners.
