ImmuCell Corporation reported preliminary, unaudited second-quarter product sales that reflected continued momentum for its calf health biologics business, driven by strong domestic demand and increased commercial activity across the U.S. dairy sector.

The company generated approximately $7.2 million in product sales during the second quarter ended June 30, representing an 11.5% increase from the same period in 2025. For the first six months of 2026, preliminary product sales reached $17.5 million, a 20.9% increase compared with the first half of last year.

Domestic growth offsets international decline

ImmuCell said U.S. sales increased 27.7% during the quarter to $6.2 million, benefiting from improved product availability and continued customer demand.

International sales declined 38.9% to $1.0 million compared with the second quarter of 2025. Chief Financial Officer Timothy Fiori noted that the year-over-year comparison was influenced by unusually strong distributor restocking activity during the prior-year period following an extended backlog. He added that the company believes end-user demand remains healthy, particularly in Canada.

For the first six months of 2026, domestic sales increased 32.5%, while international sales were down 35.7% compared with the same period last year.

Calf health portfolio continues to expand

The company’s flagship Tri-Shield First Defense® product generated $4.9 million in second-quarter sales, an increase of 8.3% year over year.

Sales of Dual-Force® and other products increased 19.1% during the quarter as ImmuCell expanded its commercial focus on year-round dairy operations.

President and CEO Olivier te Boekhorst said the company’s commercial team continues to grow its customer base within the dairy segment while benefiting from improved manufacturing capacity and product availability.
