Kimberly Keating, director of conference education for Viticus Group, has been named the recipient of the 2026 PCMA Visionary Award for Experience Design of the Year, an international honor recognizing leaders who create innovative and impactful event experiences.
The award was presented during the 2026 Visionary Awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., hosted by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
According to Viticus Group, the recognition highlights Keating’s contributions to developing immersive educational experiences for veterinary professionals attending the organization’s continuing education events, including WVC Vegas and the upcoming WVC Nashville conference.

Expanding Interactive Veterinary Education
Keating has served with Viticus Group since 2021 and leads the development of more than 850 hours of continuing education programming at WVC Vegas, one of the largest veterinary conferences in the United States. She is also helping shape more than 400 hours of educational content for the inaugural WVC Nashville conference scheduled to launch this August.
Under her direction, Viticus Group has expanded the use of experiential learning activities within conference programming. These have included painting workshops, guided creative sessions, paw-print projects, escape-room learning environments, mosaics and 3D-printing demonstrations aimed at improving participant engagement and retention.
Andrea Davis, chief executive officer of Viticus Group, said Keating’s creativity has helped elevate the organization’s educational offerings.

The recognition comes as Viticus Group continues its national expansion efforts with the launch of WVC Nashville and a new bioskills training center located near Nashville International Airport. The organization says the facility is designed to provide advanced hands-on training opportunities for veterinary and human healthcare professionals.
