Native Pet is strengthening its leadership team as it enters a new phase of growth, announcing three senior hires aimed at scaling operations, advancing product innovation, and expanding its retail footprint.
The clean-label pet supplement brand, which is currently available in more than 13,000 retail locations nationwide, said the appointments reinforce its long-term strategy to improve product quality, accessibility, and transparency in the pet supplement category.
“We’re very happy to welcome David, Brad and Beth to the Native Pet family,” said CEO and co-founder Dan Schaefer. “Each brings valuable experience as we continue to invest in the systems, science, and partnerships that help us deliver better products and reach more pet parents where they already shop.”
Strengthening Operations and Innovation
David McCoy has been named Vice President of Supply Chain, where he will oversee sourcing and manufacturing strategy as the company scales. He brings prior experience from Instinct Pet Food.
Brad Brown joins as Director of Research and Development, tasked with advancing clinically backed formulations and leading new product development. His background includes roles at Purina and Whitebridge Pet Brands.
Expanding Retail Reach
To support continued distribution growth, Beth Galli has been appointed Director of Pet Specialty. She will focus on strengthening partnerships within the pet specialty channel and expanding Native Pet’s retail presence. Galli previously served in a senior sales role at Instinct Pet Food.
Building on Product Credibility
The leadership additions come as Native Pet continues to emphasize product quality and scientific validation. Its top-selling supplement, The Daily, is among the most widely distributed in the U.S. and received Clean Label Project certification in 2025, verifying it against more than 150 contaminants.
Founded in 2017, Native Pet has positioned itself as a premium supplement brand focused on clean ingredients and transparency, supported by veterinary nutrition expertise. The company said the expanded leadership team will help it scale those standards to reach more pet owners nationwide.
