IGNITE Veterinary Solutions announced the launch of Kit Club, a team training experience designed to strengthen communication, collaboration, and performance within veterinary practices. The program integrates structured, guided education directly into routine staff meetings, turning existing meeting time into a focused development opportunity.

Kit Club was built specifically for the operational realities of veterinary practices, where staff meetings often include limited or inconsistent training. The 30-minute guided sessions are designed to remove the burden from practice leaders by providing a ready-to-run educational experience embedded directly into scheduled team gatherings.

“Most staff meetings don’t fail because teams don’t care,” said Mark Shaw, CEO of IGNITE Veterinary Solutions. “They fail because the training portion depends on someone in the room figuring it out in the moment. Kit Club removes that pressure and gives teams a better way to actually work through the conversations that matter.”

Built from Veterinary Practice Experience

Kit Club was created by Jill Clark, DVM, founder and chief visionary officer at IGNITE Veterinary Solutions. After more than 30 years working alongside veterinary teams, Clark identified a gap in structured staff development within busy practices. While meetings were taking place, the portion focused on building knowledge and alignment was often rushed or left to chance.

“Veterinary teams need quick, easy-to-digest training at a time and place that is most convenient for the whole team to hear the same information and truly engage with the topic,” said Clark. “Kit Club was designed to bring education into the standard staff meeting in a way that feels natural, fun, and actually useful for the team.”

Guided Training Inside the Meeting

Each Kit Club session follows a simple format: practices choose a topic, press play, and the guided training begins. Sessions are led by “Kit,” a virtual animated Team Development Manager who walks teams through realistic scenarios, structured discussions, and key takeaways. The experience is designed to encourage participation and shared understanding across the team.

Topics Focused on Real Practice Challenges

Kit Club sessions address common issues faced by veterinary teams, including client communication and conflict, financial conversations, end-of-life care, time management, and client experience. New topics are released regularly, allowing practices to build an ongoing cadence of team development without additional planning.

Designed for Team Alignment and Consistency

By adding structure to the training portion of staff meetings, Kit Club aims to improve communication, reduce friction, strengthen client interactions, and build confidence in difficult conversations. The program also supports consistency across teams by ensuring all staff members receive the same training at the same time.

“Veterinary teams don’t need more information,” Shaw added. “They need a better way to apply it in the moments that matter.”

Kit Club subscriptions are now available to veterinary practices across North America, with new subscribers able to try their first session risk-free.
