Christina Russell has more than two decades of experience leading franchise organizations across wellness, beauty, fitness, and pet services, including leadership roles at Pure Barre, Sola Salon Studios, Woodhouse Spas, and Camp Bow Wow.

Clayton Perfall is a financial and operating executive who has served in CEO, CFO, and board roles for several public and private equity-backed companies. His background includes corporate governance and strategic growth initiatives.

David Long is the co-founder of Orangetheory Fitness and has experience scaling global franchise concepts. He has helped grow multiple brands to networks of thousands of locations worldwide.

David Murvin is an entrepreneur and investor focused on the animal health and pet care industries. He previously co-founded PetWell Partners, a veterinary hospital platform, and Roo, a labor platform serving the animal health sector.

McConnell Smith is a general partner at VMG Partners, a growth equity firm that partnered with Scenthound in 2025 and works with consumer and franchise brands.
