The region is widely recognized as a global hub for competitive equestrian sports, driving consistent demand for specialized veterinary services.
Strategic expansion in equine veterinary real estate
The acquisition marks Terramed’s fifth veterinary property with a significant equine focus, underscoring its strategy to invest in specialized healthcare real estate tied to strong, established operators.
“Palm Beach Equine Clinic has spent more than four decades building a global reputation in equine medicine, and the facility matches that standard,” said Daniel Eisenstadt, CEO of Terramed Real Estate Solutions. “Wellington’s role as the center of international equestrian competition creates a market unlike any other.”
Terramed continues to target equine veterinary hospitals in regions where equestrian activity is deeply embedded in the local economy and culture.
Advanced facility supports high-performance equine care
Palm Beach Equine Clinic is equipped with a full suite of advanced veterinary capabilities, including a surgical center, MRI and CT imaging, nuclear scintigraphy, laboratory services, and a pharmacy.
